Stop using internet explorer and start using Firefox.  Then get an add-on called AdBlock Plus and one called Flasblock.  This will block almost EVERYTHING.

you probably have a virus other possibilities is that your pop up blocker is not good enough if your using internet explorer switch to firefox I don't get any ads anymore with it I really recommend them.

Get a fire wall if you don't have one, windows firewall is not that strong and the pop up blocker won't block all pop ups. Even if you download firefox I recommend you to get a firewall, for security.

I am using firefox web browser with NoScript and I dont get pop ups...

Your messenger service may be turned on allowing the pop-ups. Install the "shoot the messenger" from GRC and it will turn it off.
