some time ago, my ECS A530 laptop started to turn off by itself, or simply totally freeze after a few minutes of activity. The only thing to do was to turn it off by holding the power button during 5 seconds.Then, i had to wait for several minutes before being able to turn the computer on again, because pressing the power button just spins the hard drive on, but nothing is displayed on the screen, and no noise of activity can be heard.Now, I have this power on problem in a permanent way : the power LED lights on, the hard drive spins on, but nothing on the screen, and no sign of "brain activity" of the computer ?Is it definitely dead doctor ? ;)Thanks for your help.
