Question:

Computer problem, BIG computer problem?

I asked this question before but people completely overlooked what I said. So I'll restate:

I was surfing the web and a pop-up came up entitled: Windows antivirus 2008 XP or something along those lines. It said I needed to install it to search for whatever was clogging my computer and get rid of it. I restarted my computer and the desktop was removed and replaced with something that said spyware was on my computer.

I've had to shut it down and restart it several times because it randomly freezes. The only anti-virus programs I have on my computer are the Antivirus2008 one I mentioned earlier (which only searches and finds what you have then expects you to pay for it to actually get rid of everything.

Then another one which was a trial of Norton 360, but it expired and I can't find a product key for it.

I keep getting redirected when searching for any antivirus programs, or even when someone sends me a link to one. So sending me a link to a Mcafee page or any other kind of antivirus page will NOT help me out.

I don't have the XP disc that came with the computer so I can't properly do a system restore. I also don't have any previous restore points.

If someone would be so kindest to upload a Mcafee trial or something to mega-upload or emailing me something like that where I don't have to pay and can get rid of whatever I have for free, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I bring up Megaupload because I can actually go to that site last I checked. Though I think emailing things would work better.

My email address is: Jordison01@gmail.com

Please help me, I don't have the money for another computer right now and I really need this one to last a bit longer.

  1. Why do computer ultimately break down or stop running? When you remove a program, it doesn't entirely uninstall itself. It leaves fairly a little of needless files from entire computer. Some scraps that slowly gather slow down your computer causing blue screens, errors and slow startup. Taking this into reflection, 88% of PC users will lost their important data because of a blue screen of fatality or some other error. They will consistently through their money away paying professionals to fix their computer while the other 12% are saving hundreds of dollars using registry easy utility. These applications also give your computer a larger projection life. The sooner you understand this more money you will save.
