Computer problem? User profile not loading?

when i type in my password it says unable to load user profile

mine is the only on this computer

You have a  Windows Vista i'm guess. I'm having the same problem. I have 3 users. The administer stop working first, then mine stop working today. I'm on my brothers. The only one that is still working. What we are doing is going to call the Dell store and ask whats going on, i guess u can do the same.
