  1. Once the screen on your desktop is ready,  press <print screen> button once.  The contents on the desktop is copied into the clipboard.  Now open any windows programme and paste (ctrl+V) on the new page.

this picture can be edited using standard picture editing tools.

  2. Press "Print Screen" and paste into any image editor.

"Print Screen" is a key on your keyboard.  Sometimes shortened to something like "Prt Scr" or similar.

  3. Just use the print screen button on your computer. Then paste it into any image editor, like paint. No software needed.

  4. Well if you have a Windows OS, they should have a button that says prtsc (It means Print Screen) make sure you don't have a printer hooked up otherwise it will print it. After that open up most programs such as Notepad press Ctl+V, you should see whatever was on your screen when you pressed the button. Then go to "Save As" in the "File" drop down menu and click what says probably "txt files" and change it to "All Files" and save it as somthing like "Picture.jpg" or "Picture.gif".

Note: anything can go where it says Picture but it has to end with .jpg or .gif.
