Computer question please help me ?

I have a laptop and everytime I am on my laptop the sound is really like blury and all messed up I dont have the speakers where you plug them in to the computer I just have my laptop the way it is how would I go about fixing it and dont tell me to go to a place where they can fix it cause I already went to 3 places and they didnt help me.

Its probably the Audio drivers, but unless you know the make and model, I wouldn't know which driver to tell you to install.

Punctuation would be nice btw :D
