Computer says usb not conpatable

Question

hiya im at my wits end trying to install a usb connection to my pc.i know its not the hardest thing to do.when i dwn loaded the pc suite it worked great however it gave me a unwanted peice of softwear to keep my pics.do u know any other pc suites that i can dwnload that lets me store my own things instead of using there con products that u have to buy.sorry its my mobile nokia 6280 that im trying to install..........please help
