  1. try "ctrl -(minus) -(minus)" keys to reduce the size of the screen of your browser.this is s shortcut to reduce the screen size in almost all browsers.

  2. There are multiple possible reasons why you are having this problem, and I will attempt to address two of then.  Unfortunately you may either need to become more knowledgeable or you may have to find a more tech savvy friend to assist you.

First, you might not have your Video Card drivers installed, or they may not be installed correctly.  This would cause the resolution (how many pixels wide by how many pixels up and down) to be much lower than it could be.  If this were the case, you would have to wither find the CD for your Video card, or you would have to download your video drivers and install them.

Second, your screen resolution might be set too low.  You would have to open your display properties (the method varies depending on whether or not you have Vista or WinXP installed) and view the settings tab/page.  There you could adjust your screen resolution from what it is (possibly 800 x 600) to something more comfortable (like 1024 x 768, or 1280 x 800 for a wide  screen).  In XP for example, you would right click on any empty part of your desktop, and choose the Properties menu option at the bottom.  Then, from the Display Properties window that opens, you would click on the settings tab to the right, and you would see an adjustable slider on the lower left.  Moving the slider to the right would increase the resolution.  The safest way to adjust this would be to move it one step at a time, and click Apply at each change.  Windows will alter your resolution, and ask you if you want to keep it.  If you do nothing after you change the resolution (or your screen goes black) it will switch back to your last choice after about 15 seconds.

In the future, for exact steps to resolve issues, you may have to be more detailed not only as to the issue you are having, but also as to what kind of computer you have (desktop, laptop), what brand and model of computer you have (HP Pavilion DV6000), what Operating System you are using (XP, Vista, Linux), etc.  This will assist in someone being able to give you precise instructions.

  3. On IE7 Last row on the toolbars is an Icon marked "Page"

    Select "Zoom" then 100%

If this is not the problem then:

Right click anywhere on the empty portion of your desk top.

    Select "properties".

    Go to the "settings" tab

    Adjust the "Screen Resolution" slider.

See what resolution setting you prefer.

  4. maybe u pressed f 11 try hitting that and see what happens!
