  1. did you drop it?? if so the ram might be out of place

  2. So...I suppose you're asking from your broken computer...

  3. First try safe mode, if you can get in, run msconfig (start->run->msconfig) and disable all non-microsoft services then reboot.

  4. press F6 and go into safe mode, then try to backup all the files to external hard drive and use the recovery disk to reinstall all the windows file.  Another way is to insert Window XP CD (if you have one) into the CD drive, wait for it to ask you to run CD automatically (before loading XP).  When you come to the menu, there is a function to fix your XP, press it and hope it works.

  5. How the h**l are you posting this then?

  6. when you boot your computer keep pressing F6 and try to boot into safe mode

  7. If you have the Windows XP install disk you can boot from CD and when the Install comes up choose the Repair option.

  8. call your internet computer guy

  9. go to microsoft.com

  10. Does not sound good. You may have a hardware or software problem. Try unplugging your computer, wait 30 seconds plug it back in and try starting your computer.Hardware wise it sound like it could be your hard drive. However the first thing you might want to try is reloading your operating system. When you purchase your computer you most likely also received recover disks. Read the disk carefully and insert the disk that says something like "full system recovery" If you don't have the disk contact Sony the may be able to mail your recovery disks to you.  If it is your hard drive you will need to replace it either way you need your recovery disks

    Hope that helps.

  11. boot it up with the windows disk in the drive.. then go buy a macintosh computer

  12. ur hard drive probably went out on u or a wire was stripped somewhere causing it not to work properly?

  13. hold down F8 when starting up

should take you to the windows safe mode boot screen

with the arrow keys select safe mode with or with out networking [does not matter]

windows should boot into safe mode [unless there is hardware failure or something else really wrong]

if it boots successfully into safe mode then just try to restart it from there.

if there was software or drivers installed right before the problem started, you can un-install them in safe mode.

start with this hope it works

  14. Pray to that it works

  15. Insert the windows disc or BIOS disc that came with your computer when you got it. Thats if you got it brand new, if not then you need to take it with a technician.

  16. go to a professional software guy and get it fixed. They might charge you a couple of hundreds. I THINK.
