Computer video cameras?

i want to make awsome club penguin movies so i was wondering and im pretty sure they have this but do they make a video camera or something your download that lets you record things on your computer screen? kinda like take pictures of your screen but recording things. i dont have money for it if you need to buy a camera for it but even if they do sell them tell me and if you kno of somthing that lets you download something so you can do it tell me!
