Computer virus killing my computer HELP!!!!!!!!?

i used my antivirus (avast) and found that there was a virus named win32:wuke_B. i clicked repair but it said that it was unable to repair it. What can I do to get rid of it? and there is one thing for sure, my computer is messed up
