Computer web surfing problems?

Has it happened were you click to go to a site and your computer just refuses to go there. Like it just sits there loading for and hour.

What causes this?

The page you are trying to access could be temporarily unavailable or if you have several windows open or music downloading this can take up bandwith making page opening much, much slower. If you have no random access memory (RAM) then buying 500mb will be plenty to load pages and it will achieve this much faster. Your internet service provider could be down or running exceptionally slow causing you a connection that is like a sloth.
