My computer won't boot up. I get the following error message sequences:
1. "User Environment" window: Windows cannort load the user's profile but has logged you on with default profile for the system.
DETAIL - Insufficient systems resources exist to complete the requested service.
2. “vanguard.exe – Application Error” window: The instruction at “0x636e3156” referenced memory at “0x0097c080” the memory could not …”
Click on OK to terminate this program.
3. “Windows Product Activation” window: A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code: 0x80070002
4. “Parser Message” window: Value creation failed “ at line 422.
At this point my PC then goes to what looks like a normal window, but will not allow me into the system to do anything, except click “Restart” down in the lower left hand corner.
Could you please help me understand what is wrong? Thank you.
