Computer wont recognize Ipod touch?

Question

I bought this program IMusic Tools and it transfers music from Ipod to computer, and it says my ipod should come up on "MY COMPUTER" but it isnt. What do i Do?

First you need to dowload the itunes setup twice from www.apple.com and go to ipod touch and stuff

I suggest to use tunes, it's built to import music, videos, pod casts, and pictures into an pod. Other music programs will not work that well, since it's more complicated, and the results will less likely to work. In tunes to can pick what you want on your pod, and it will cause less hassle. So, try using tunes, if you want your pod to appear on My Computer just go straight to the iPod menu and check enable disk use. By doing that it will appear on My Computer.
