Computer wont upload my pictures?

Yeah by accident I deleted my whole picture folder and now my camera won't import photos or my webcam pictures wont save. My computer is an acer aspire 5050 5430....Any idea how to get my picture folder back or a new one to save my pictures in....Thanks yo.
