Computer wont upload pictures from my camera?

Yeah by accident I deleted my whole picture folder and now my camera won't import photos or my webcam pictures wont save. My computer is an acer aspire 5050 5430....Any idea how to get my picture folder back or a new one to save my pictures in....Thanks yo. Oh and the folder isnt in the recycle bin thing yeah I know ive been asking this alot but i need an answer yall lawl :)

You might want to check the drivers for your camera.  They may have been corrupted.  Most cameras will create a new folder when the other one is deleted.  Try re-installing the drivers for the camera and see if that helps.
