What will they come up with next, in the paper today there is a piece about shopping trolleys with a computer to tell you where items are, why can`t people just look at the signs hanging from the ceiling and go down that aisle and keep the price of food down, if these ever take off someone will have to pay for them and as usual it will be us shoppers, do you think it is a good idea or do you think like me and keep things as normal

  1. Oh no, I thought those self scan tills Tesco's got in town are bad enough. Are these trolleys going to be easier to maneuvere or will I still get the one that wants to go in the opposite direction?

  2. I am surprised supermarkets would go for it as they want you to wander around all the aisles so you buy stuff that you didn't intend to-yes I think its a bit crazy, would be better to have enough staff so you could just ask someone but thats probably too simple.

  3. it makes life ''easier'' by making things more complex

people like to have an easy life

    it is getting ridiculous

  4. i say shop on line!!

haven't done it yet but I'm going to, cant stand taking the kids round tesco lol!

  5. You can just imagine it, store crowded with people, you are trying to keep your head down, and this GPS unit goes aloud 'Turn left and the thrush cream is on the right'.

  6. Perhaps they'll be able to get themselves out of canals and back to the shop as well
