Conair Professional Ceramic Straightener?

I'm SOOO confused! I just bought the Conair Pro Ceramic straightener and It just WON"T turn on! I plugged it it and pressed on. But nothing happens and it doesn't even heat up! I'm so annoyed! I spent 25.00 on it! It doesn't need batteries or anything, right? Please help!!! :(

Well Conair is a pretty trusted brand. Return it to the store and get your money back...if the store won't return, which they should, conair will refund you for the product if it doesn't work

Also, it might be your oulet, try another one and see if it works.

You know the thing that you plug into the wall?

is it big or small. if its a big rectangle it will have a reset button,

but if its small. i dont know what to tell you?
