Concealer wont stay on :(?

I am only 14 and i am rediculously purple under my eyes. I have a great concealer and it covers it amazingly, but after about 2 hours it starts to wear off. and by the end of the school day i look dead. my eyeliner also smears down face face haha even though i use a base. Anyone know how i can look alive all day?? lol thanx!

Put on a little powder on top of the concealer to finish it. It'll keep the concealer from running. & do you rub your eyes, or naturally produce a lot of tears? Maybe that's what's making your eyeliner smear.
