  1. You can use highlighter for your eye circles. No it's not actual highlighter, it's a green stick or you can buy it in a liquid as well, and it covers them up (without looking green), and use a light foundation. A face wash will help unclog your pores, make up remover wipes will do the same, remember to wash your make up off every night or you will have clogged pores. As for a brand, it depends on what kind of skin you have. You will have to try out different brands until you find the one that is suitable for your skin. Best of luck!

  2. I'd get some tinted moisturizer if I were you. It's light, keeps your skin soft and evens out your skin tone. If you cake on makeup to cover things up, it ends up looking worse with the makeup than without.

  3. i would use just a little foundation, but u dont want to go over board and make ur face look orange.

  4. Foundation is good ti hide dark spots. Just make sure that you don't go crazy with it.

  5. For under eye dark circles you're supposed to use concealer. You then use a layer of foundation over the concealer to cover anything else.

    Concealer

    You could consider Everyday Minerals.

  6. Hey hey Hey

correct answer is both concealer and foundation.

Concealer will help hide those dark circles, zits and blemishes while the foundation will help even out your skin tone.  If your skin tends to be oily, then a little pressed powder or finishing powder can help.

Concealer should be the same shade as your skin or one shade darker to avoid raccoon eyes.  You dab a small amount on your lower lid where you would put eyeliner and gently pat it into your lower lids with a downward motion, damp finger tips help.  Use your ring fingers, they are your weakest fingers.  If you blend too much it can be rough on delicate eye tissues and cause blood vessels to break causing your eyes to appear even darker.

Foundation comes next this can be tested on the underside of your wrist where you don't tan.  Most beauty stores have samples so you can find your perfect color.  The product should blend with your skin so well that it looks like you have nothing on.  Damp finger tips can help and finger tips can sneak into tight spaces that a sponge can't.  Sponges allow you to build layers of foundation gradually in areas that need more to help even your skin tone.

Powder, be careful to find a shade that's not too dark or too light.

As for brand, depends on what your looking for, besides one that won't clog your pores  LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

They say the new mineral make ups are supposed to be good.  One powder is supposed to do it all.

But I learned the old school methods.

Anywho, wheather you want mineral make up or old school what should have you covered is  "jane" you can find it at shopko or walmart.

They have little pots of shadow if you choose to wear shadow anyways, with just one color, that way you can get the color you love and you aren't stuck with four or more colors you really don't like or wear.

Anyways, as a teen I had oily skin and dark circles which seem to be hereditary to my family - - - as i became older like when I was sixteen, I grew into psoriasis and my skin tends to be VERY sensitive.  Either it will break out or dry out - - but Jane turnef out to be a real good product line for me.  It doesn't clog my pores at all!!!!!

What's more it's made from natural botanicals like juniper, aloe, nettles (i believe), and elder flower.  THEY DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS.  They have oil free powders, concealers and foundations.  I've noticed that a lot of their liquid foundations contain sunscreens now.

With some make ups, people will tell you to use vaseline to looseen it up and then follow with soap and water and a lot of times your skin still don't feel clean.

All I use is a dove facial wipe - - - it leaves my skin squeaky clean, soft and moisturized and my pores never feel clogged!!  :)

    Hope this helps!!  :)

  7. You should use concealer.  Be sure to blend it in well, and to look at the packaging to see if it won't clog your pores (It will say it won't outright, or it'll say "noncomedogenic").

Merle Norman makes my favorite concealer, but Lancome, L'Oreal, and NYX aren't bad either.

  8. concealors dont really cover up anything. they just make your skin blotchy. i watched a youtube video and it says to find a foundation a shade lighter than your skin tone and apply it to problem areas [dark circles and zits] and then use the foundation that matches your skin tone to cover all of it [even the lighter foundation] then use a powder to set it [make it last longer]. if done correctly your skin should look flawless [but dont apply thickly. a little goes a long way]. also if youre in a store, and scoping out the makeup section, try to find [or ask for] a brand that doesnt clog pores [the bottle should have "oil-free" and "non-comedogenic" on it [meaning it wont clog pores]]

    good luck =]
