  1. Eggs can be drawn from your ovary, fertilized with his sperm in a lab, incubated and surgically implanted in your womb.

  2. Yes! because in this process you don't need the tubes to be ok because your egg cells will only be extracted out from the ovaries and fertilized it with the sperm in your uterus or even in an artificial womb.

  3. In vitro fertilisation or fertilization[1] (IVF) is a process by which egg cells are fertilised by sperm outside the woman's womb, in vitro. IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a fluid medium. The fertilised egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.

Looks like he could be right :)

  4. Yes it is true, you still have your ovaries that can produce eggs so you can still go and have eggs removed and use his sperm and do the IVF.

  5. Is your tubes tied up permanently., if not then you can untie your tubes with the doctor in order to conceive.

    Thank You

  6. sounds right because they implant the fertilized egg into your uterus so it doesnt need to travel down your tubes at all.

  7. Yes you can get pregnant after getting tubal ligation through IVF or through a tubal reveral surgery. Your eggs gets extracted when they are ready and they are inseminated outside of your body. Then when the healthy blastocysts are put in your uterus and they hope that they attach themselves and becaome a baby. Since the sperm cannot reach the egg because of the tubal ligation it is one of the two ways you can get pregnant after the ligation. Here is a website you can look at that I thought had a pretty good explaination for it:

    Best of luck

  8. When you just get your tubes tied there's a possibility of them coming untied and getting pregnant. But if you had a tubal legation then there's really no hope unless you get a surgery done.
