Question:

Conceiving after IUD Removal?

by  |  earlier

I just had my copper IUD removed. My Doctor said that I should wait 2 months before TTC to get "a perfect lining" . When I got home and started thinking about that it didn't make too much sense because I had a copper IUDd with no hormones and I have had a regular menstrual cycle each month for the 4 years that I had the IUD in place. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I had my IUD removed because I want to start trying now...If I had realized that I had to wait 2 months I would've taken it out back in May.

Thanks for any answers.
