Concentrating with math?

It's like this. I can start doing math but i can never finish. I am learning a new concept and i am learning new things. I simply don't get them and i need explanation. For this reason i can never do my work for more than 5 minutes. BTW i am learning pre algebra Help!

Maybe get in a study group that goes out or does something fun after homework is over.  That way you have a good reason to get your homework done.

Or you could try to get a tutor to help you focus.  Some people are willing to give free math tutoring, but not easy to find.  If you need to find a tutor... http://find-a-tutor.tutor-homework.com or craigslist.org.  Ask your parents first before you find a tutor or go looking for a tutor.
