Concentration and Clairvoyance?

Question

I have beeen practicing Franz Bardons Initiation into Hermetics and Lately during concentrating on one thought my breathing interferes with my concentration so I need advice. And can anyone tell me an easier way to develop Clairvoyance?

Haven't a clue what method your practicing, so I cant comment on it.

The first thing to do is relax, not try too hard, accept that you are spirit, that you have a natural ability & that it can be developed to the best of your ability.

Some find that tools provide an excellent focus - tarot, crystals etc to meditate on. Or guided meditations that lead you to a specific aim.  

You may benefit from joining a development group or a close friend to practice with & on.

If you cannot 'gel' with anything at the moment, then leave it be until you get drawn to something that inspires you.

This method suggest that you limit (not eliminate) physical sensations while attempting clairvoyance.

Typically white or pink noise is used with headphones (so there is no audio pattern) and halved pink pong balls are placed over the eyes and a red light shined on you (so there is no visual pattern) but you still have audio and visual sensory stimulation.

There have also been experiments using hypnosis and relaxation in attempts to improve clairvoyance.

You can do an exercise for this- visualising yourself in four dimensions projections and your ajna chakra opened, but before this obligatory protection against the  entrance in aura and third eye of  thoughts-forms/incl. visual emissions/ ,telepaths , possible demons etc.

Look for yoga.

Well, I'm not entirely sure what that is that you're doing, but the truth is, it's not that hard. It's not easy either, mind you, and there are going to be times when you're going to get frustrated. You will only advance at a pace that's right for you (you have guides working with you). Work on your learning to open and close your chakras, and work clearing them and making sure they're aligned and spinning correctly. I believe you want to work on the third eye chakra. Meditation is the way I began to open, but then again, I'm not a very strong clairvoyant. I see things, but I'm more of a sentient/audient. But mediation is the easiest. You could also play games with someone--have them hold an object and try and guess what it is. Or find a group of clairvoyants who might want to play a similar game--we used to try to describe each other's houses in this one group I was in (none of us lived even remotely close to each other). Practice using the sense that you want to develop and it will begin to grow. Try doing a search for clairvoyant exercises. But meditation is a really good start to opening up any psychic gifts.

Good luck! And if you start to get frustrated (you're going to) just know that it will come in time. Have patience with yourself and give yourself a break from time to time.

How are you testing your accuracy?  Does it improve with concentration?  I would think relaxation would be far better.  Ultimately, just use your imagination and make guesses that are very non-specific to increase your hit rate.
