is the rumor true that if the male smokes weed and drinks alcohol on a daily basis that it lessens the chance of pregnancy? Does anyone have any tips on being more fertile or increasing the chances of pregnancy? just wondering

yes,, it does!!! my advice:

*don't smoke

*don't drink

*exercise every day

*eat veggies and lean meat

* take your folic acid every day

*drink loads of water and green tea

*have male take zinc supplement every evening with meal

*ralaxation and mediation

*have your man stay away from hot baths,showers and saunas

*dont use lube,, unless its preseed and real egg whites are great to

*have a stress free environment.

My mother in law is a labor and delivery nurse and she has said that smoking anything and drinking does decrease your chances in getting pregnant. Make sure that you have s*x every day while ovulating but don't make it a chore. There are tests that can tell you when your ovulating if your not sure when. Try not to get stressed about everything though because that also decreases your chances. Good luck. When you aren't trying to get pregnant is when it will happen. I finally just said if it's meant to be it will happen and that same month I got pregnant.

why do you want to get pregnant with a guy who smokes weed and drinks daily?  i doubt hes going to be a very good father or role model.  most of his money will probably go to drugs or alcohol, he'll probably never get a good job or have decent money to support a baby,  and he probably wont even be there for you in the long run.  find a guy who is decent.
