Concern about safety of diamond?

I was looking on the internet for diamond safety sheets (MSDS) and was concerned when I read this one :

However this sheet suggests that diamond is hardly hazardous at all :

Which do you think is correct and would you believe ?

What type of diamond? For what use? I then may be able to help.

No idea because your link has died. However diamond is carbon and in nano particle form it's high surface area would be much like any other combustible dust, and therefore explosive.
