Concerning arsenic as a contaminant in rice: As arsenic comes from the soil, is it still in "organic" rice?

Is "certified organic" rice just as abundant with arsenic as is regular rice, since it's a soil based contaminant and not something that's applied? /OR/ is testing administered to ensure zero or near-zilch amounts of the heavy metal to the organic products, meaning they wouldn't have it?
