  1. No light will always be perceived the same. Even if you were to race a ray of light and your traveling at the speed of light the ray will over take you easily but once you reach where you intended to end the race you and light will be at the same distance it will be an equal draw its weird but thats how light is

  2. travel at light speed is not possible.

  3. Is this the Eisensteinian thought experiment where you travel at the speed of light while looking at a mirror in front of your face??

Einstein wondered if he would see his face or if the mirror would be blank since the mirror was traveling away from the light so it never reached the mirror to be reflected back to his eyes.

The answer is that you can't go that fast anyway, so there is no answer. You will not observe anything similar to a sonic boom that you see when you surpass the speed of sound. To the contrary, no matter how fast you do go, light will always seem to travel at the same speed relative to you, and not only to you, but to a stationary someone observing the same light as well. Seems impossible, but look into the effects of general and special relativity and you will find some even wilder effects of traveling at speeds approaching the speed of light.
