  1. Depends on the men and women, and it depends on the workplace.

If they work in a hospital, for instance, they might be concerned with figuring out a way to cope with their failures, whereas if they were astronauts, things like mission success would top the list.

If they're CEOs, they're probably concerned about securing a good retirement, whereas a 40-year-old 7-11 clerk is probably more worried about putting food on the table.

Seriously.  I'm being a bit facetious here, but when you ask serious professionals about their top concerns at work, they don't usually reply with "making sure that I'm getting treated fairly as a [insert race/gender/eye color/etc. here];" it's something that has to do with doing their job well.

  2. 1.Sexual harrasment

    2.Dangerous jobs

  3. I think that the concerns are pretty much the same across the board. They both want to know their jobs to the best of their abilities, they want to be recognized for the work that they do (or how much they contribute to the team). They both want to be paid well for the services they provide, and they both want to work in a lucrative career that offers the chance for advancement.

Just because they're two different sexes they're still human, they still have to work and contribute to society, and their wants desires and needs as far as a career or the same. Education and training, benefits, a comfortable salary, with upward mobility.

  4. Neither of us get any respect....
