Concert tickets at ticketmaster.com?

When I was gonna buy tickets for tokio hotel on ticket master they said the price was 19.50 plus 8.50 convenience charge. Whats a convenience charge and where can i buy the tickets for 19.50 only?

Unless you buy the tickets from someone at the gate you are not gonna get them below that, the service fee is where tmas makes their money. try http://cheapticketsite.com/ResultsGenera...

if youre buying the tickets on a presale, a convenience charge is for allowing you to purchase tickets before the general sale [i think].

if you just want to buy it for 19.50, i guess you can wait for the general sale...? but idk.
