(Concord NC) Can I find a list of City Council members who voted against the dragstrip?

I want to vote this year (First time I'm old enough) any way I can find this information.

I want to vote for the people who were smart enough to know we NEED the speedway.

The results of city council meetings should be public record.  If you know when the meeting was, you should be able to visit the city offices and review the meeting minutes. You can also check with your local newspaper, they should have the results of the meetings.  Hopefully, the vote you are interested in was recorded by member and not be just a number for and against.
