Concordia University, Montreal, question about foreing students?

Hello I wrote countless email to Concordia and every time they send me from one email to another to another and so on. So my question is: My uncle is Canadian citizen and i want to live with him and participate in Concordia University. What kind of certificates do i need? As you can see I'm not native English speaker so that i guess i need some english certificate and maybe something else?
