Condado Plaza Resort or El Caribe Hilton Resort Puerto Rico for children?

Question

Which would be best for a 3 year old and a 9 year old?

I would like a kids program but off site activities for the kids would be ok too if any?

for children i prefer Wyndham rio Mar in Rio Grande, PR. it have a slide, also, el conquistador hotel in fajardo, pr. but it i have to choose the two above, Caribe HIlton, it have a private beach and a exceptional pool. but is more expensive.
