  1.   some windows have a warranty

      check that first

      


  2. do not replace. reseal the windows and replace air between the glass with argon.

  3. No need to replace if you have a company that repairs them. Check the phone book.  There are lots of businesses that do repairs of these windows.  Where I live they charge about $75.00
