Condiments for hot dog 'bar'?

I am having a Labor Day BarBQue and I want to have a hot dog bar. Any ideas of condiments hat I should have? I want it to be fun for my guests.

mmMMMMmmmm... we have a luau the first Saturday of every June, and our signature dish is (drum roll pleeze) hotdogs! We wrap them in bacon, toss 'em on the grill, slather with KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, and top with crushed pineapple. We get rave reviews on them every year.

Soooo, if you're not wanting to do all of that, at least have a can of crushed pineapple.

Also some chili, and some shredded cheese that can melt on the hot hotdogs or chili.

mustard, ketchup, mayo, onions, saurkraut, cheese, chili dog sauce, relish, sliced pickles, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, alfala sprouts.

what comes to mind

mustard yellow, dark, and spicy hot,  ketchup, 1000 island  then salsa mild maybe with and without chilies    hot sauce

And chili  then cheese and sauerkraut

several pickles chips slices and relish

don't forget the olives, green, black and spiced  

Green onions diced

red onions and yellow sliced and quartered

you could set out a salad mix

and have a few dressings next to that would be the chips and dips  got a deep fryer,, French fries

When I was in Toronto, every hot dog cart has 10111110000100110 million condiments.  I dont even like hot dogs but I was in HEAVEN.

I rant about Toronto Hot Dogs whenever someone eats a hot dog.  I'm sure it annoys my friends.  ;)

Anyway, they had:

Lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced jalapenos, sweet relish, dill pickles, cole slaw, queso cheese, mustard, mayo, ketchup, BBQ sauce, tabasco, Franks Red Hot, thai chili sauce, diced onions, sweet peppers, and beanless chili!

I have seen many things put on hot dogs and brats. I have seen mustard, ketchup, relish (dill, and sweet),sauerkrautut, coleslaw, chili, refried beans, hot sauce, and cheese. You can take you pick from what you think your friends and family will eat. Hope I helped Good Luck
