I want to have a exercise routine for my tennis. I want to play better. I'm already ther top seed in under 14 girls since the previous tournement but I want to become :-stonger-faster-and anything else that qwould help.I wwould like the routine to be done at home more than at the tennis courts.,I go in a lesson 3 times a week. Also I have some free weights to use. I wouldnt mind building my stamina and helping to become more fit all around. Thanks!
