Conditioning your hands?

i was wondering if anyone could tell me different ways on conditioning your fingers other than using sand, for example a type of push ups. and dont tell me about knuckles cause i already have callisus on my nuckles just conditioning the fingers

  1. You can always do tiger push ups (on your finger tips) but be careful since too much pressure on your joints may damage them rather than strengthen.

  3. They way I strengthen my hands is through basically one technique:

    I take 2 thin, but strong towells and wrap them around a pull up bar so both ends hang down.

    I grip the towells with my fingers only and do (as many as you can) sets of pull ups.

    You will be amazed at how strong your hands/forearms get.  It works.

  4. When you workout, use your fingers instead of you entire hands to grip things. Use those hand strengtheners, to squeeze, and remember, use the fingers as in use the fingertips to grip.

  5. you can always try pushups using only the finger tips.

    there is also a traditional okinawan excerise where they lift jars (I forget the name of them) with only their fingers and walk around with them or do lunges
