Many I should imagine. I noticed many spectators blowing them up and using two of them to applaud their teams. Some seemed to have nice pictures and writings on them. Quite ingenious.

Not quite sure how you would ever get this answer but quite a few I can imagine. In some cases because of the family planning system, prospective parents have to ask permission to have a child.
