  1. I would be willing to spend the time alphabetizing but then to ask for definitions too - that is too much!!!  

    And, if that, according to you, makes me "a lazy American" - then so be it!! Because to me, that makes me "an American with a life and no time to waste on this"  - especially since there is no pay-off.
