Conecting Blue tooth phone to acer laptop

Question

I need help connecting my sony erricson mobile phone to my acer travel mate 4230 laptop. When i toggle the blue tooth device swith on the laptop it says no blue tooth device. I also tried making the computer visible to blue tooth devices but get an eror message:An error occurred while windows was saving your settings. the following settings were not saved:Discoverability settingsConnection settingsI really need to solve this problem. Do you have any advice for me.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
