Conference to publish paper (article) on computer science?

Do you know of any incoming conference or similar for me to publish a computer science paper (article) on Turing Machines ?

Probably the computer science / engineering areas are a better place to ask.  But usually you'd only wait for a conference if you don't want your work to be peer-reviewed - why don't you just submit it to a journal?
