Confidence Football Pool?

My boss at work asked me to create a Football Pool. I work with about 20 other females and I decided a Confidence pick pool would be the best, but I am unsure on the rules. Will someone please help?

If your doing the NFL.  You start with each weeks matchups and pick a winner and then you put point values on each game. You would pick a winner to each game then you put points on each game. Lets say there's 16 games you get the point values 16 down to one. The more points you put on a game the more Confidence you have on that particular team to win.

For ex.

G.B vs  Minn   G.B.   16

Cle  vs Dal      Dallas  15

Then you add up all of the points from the games that the person picked correctly.
