Confidence issues, please help!!?

i have huge confidence issues, i can barely say an answer to a question in front of the class!!i dont know why, but can anyone help me??

Focus on strengths, not weaknesses. Focus on positivity not negativity. Google a short piece called Desiderata & read it.

get to know everything and don't be scared of who u r, just think ur exactly like everyone else..XD all I can think of lol :))

youre shy... most people have that problem... lol. but all i can really tell you to help is just that you need to muster up some courage and face your fears... just have a moment in which you are confident in every way, maybe it will help.
