  1. Don't worry! Eat healthily! Do remember that you are eating for two (:

And another thing, pregnant women are always very beautiful- even if they don't realize it. So if you catch people staring at you, it's because you are glowing!

  2. i know exactly how u feel!!!im 21 weeks and i look fat...not pregnant.& ive gained a ton of weight!its depressing...

  3. Look at your belly in the mirror, when you are all by yourself. Think of every mean, hateful, self degrading thing you can. Ok, now think about your baby, the reason for the belly. How would you feel if your child felt that way about themselves? If someone said those things to her? You are your baby's greatest strength and protector. Don't let its life begin on a negative note. Be grateful that you were chosen to carry life, love it with all of your heart, know that the belly is temporary.

Okay, look at your belly again.

    I'll wait.

Don't see it as fat or disgusting. See it for the miracle it is. Pick 3 positive words to describe your condition. Stick with the happy thoughts.

Remember that your baby feels what you feel. Curl up on the couch, read a book, drink some tea, and relax a little.

  4. My friend has this same problem.  I told her that pregnancy weight gain is different from regular weight gain.  The weight you gain now is for a reason.

You will only be "fat" for a few months (you lose all but about 2kg of your pregnancy weight after the baby is born).

Hang in there and quit stressing (that affects your baby more than any weight gain ever could).

  5. pregnant women are beautiful, so remember that!

  6. Aw, your making me, an Australian size 12. feel fat! hehe.

Well, if it helps, I'm short, almost weigh 70kg now (started out at 58kg), but still get told 'You don't HAVE any baby weight to lose'-thats always positive to hear and I weigh more than you, so take that in your stride.

I'm sure you look fine! Remember, being pregnant and still getting into size 12 is pretty dang good!

  7. go out and buy some cute, comfortable maternity cloths. the right kind makes us pregnant women look just adorable! fat jeans will not.
