what exactly is false confidence? im not the most confident guy in the world, so people (esp on YA) tell me to fake it.

1. what is false confidence?

2. is it better than none at all?

i don't know what false confidence is. in know what real confidence is an that's something took me long to work on.

False confidence is like hypocritical confidence. People saying they can do something, but do not even try, making up bogust excuses.
