Configuring leviton router

Question

Hi. I just reformatted a pc and cannot connect to the internet. I remember something about having to input the routers ip address somewhere. 2 questions, where do I get the ip address, and what do I do with it. I have a functioning pc that connects thru the router and works, can I find the address on that pc, or do I need to contact leviton. Thank You, Paul
