  1. I think that Sociology is the most useless "discipline" ever devised. I has not done a d**n thing to further human happiness and all it does is sit behind academic bars like a randy chimp, furiously jacking itself off as to what it observes in society. Can you tell me its purpose?


  2. Great question because I am trying to figure out the same thing. I think that conflict theory is just a more specific form of action that. Conflict is more specific and calls for observation where action systems are just more general and imply application of a more specific cause and effect relationship. Abdenur by any chance?
