Conflict of interest between West Ham and Birmingham?

Old Birmingham club owner David Sullivan is now one of the owner's of West Ham. So is there a conflict of interest there?

Not really. Sullivan might have good memories of Birmingham, but he's a businessman first and foremost and right now his business is keeping West Ham in the top flight.
