Confused about video cards.?

So I know I need a new video card, but I'm not really sure how to install them or if they have system requirements. The card I have now came with the computer and is a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU. (Yes I know that is old and terrible) I'm looking to upgrade to something not really expensive but something that can play some basic games. The one I am looking at is :

So finally my question is are there minimum requirements for this card? I'll be happy to tell you what my system is right now, but I don't know what things to tell you.

All you need is 350 watt power supply, and a PCIe x16 slot.
