Confused all over the place.....

Question

Ok, my last period was 30/07/08 - I have a funny cycle can go anywhere from 23-32 day cycle but never any longer than that. Did a hp on the 03/08/08 and another with my first morning pee on the 04/08/08 both came up negative. No other real symptons except for feeling a bit emotional. SO if I'm not pregnant - what else could it be??

I don't think you are pregnant.  You say your last period was 30 July and you took a HPT on 3 August and 4 August that were both negative.  Most women ovulate 14 days before their period.  So with a 23 day cycle you would ovulate around the 7th of August.  And with a 32 day cycle you'd ovulate around the 16th of August.  This, of course, is assuming that 30 July was the first day of your period.

Being emotional could be due to stress, PMS, or just wanting to be pregnant & getting a neg on a HPT.

stress.  stress because there was a possibility of being pregnant.  you could be in a new environment.  or had drastic change or happen in your life.   and it could also be something medical.  Plus the preg test could be wrong.  so i say if if you dont start soon go seek medical help.
